Troy A. Lowe, age 49, died unexpectedly on May 29, 2022. Born on January 18, 1973 in Harrisburg to Charles Lowe, Sr. (deceased) and Rosalie (Kiner) Lowe of Loysville, Troy is survived by four children: Alexus Buch of Harrisburg, Damon Buch of Thompsontown, Troy J Lowe, Jr. and Nicole Perez, both of Allentown; nine grandchildren: Jahari, Kendall, Rylee, Nyalissa, Matteo, Arya, Ganess, Noah, and Gabriel; and two brothers: Thomas and Charles “Chuck” Lowe, both of Elliottsburg. Troy was a great son, father, and grandfather.
Troy was a supervisor in the warehouse supplying Liberty Ministries Thrift & Home Furnishings located in Schwenksville. He loved to go fishing and river rafting. He enjoyed building projects and all outdoor activities. Troy’s passion was spending time with his family, and they will deeply miss him.
Troy will be the guest of honor at the Gathering of Friends being held in the newly renovated chapel of Nickel Lochstampfor Family Funeral Home, located at 3626 Shermans Valley Road, Loysville. The Gathering will be held from 2 to 3 PM on Saturday, June 11 as a time to pay condolences to the family. The Celebration of Troy’s Life (memorial service) will begin at 3 PM, officiated by Pastor Tim Spirk. Please come prepared to share a written memory of Troy for the family to read together later. A book for Words of Encouragement will also be available for guests to write a note to Troy’s mother, who is currently hospitalized and unable to attend the services for her son.
