Stillwater "Kickinghorse" Rose

NEWPORT, PENNSYLVANIA

Stillwater “Kickinghorse” Rose, age 66, of Newport died on Sunday, October 13, 2019 at the U.P.M.C. West Shore Hospital.

Born April 21, 1953 in Harrisburg, PA.

He was a graduate of Williams Valley High School in Tower City, PA.

He was the husband of Robin (Wennell) Rose whom he married on February 27, 1972 in Carlisle, PA.

He had worked various jobs including owning his own remodeling company.  He last worked for Angels on Call before retiring.

In addition to his wife he is survived by a son Garth Rose of Newport; a sister Jennifer Rose and two brothers David Rose and Tim Rose, Sr.

A gathering will be announced privately by the family later.
