Richard L. Miller

Richard Lee Miller, 84 of Carlisle, passed away on July 25. 2025.  Known by many as “Rabbit”, Richard was born on December 8, 1940 in Williamstown, Dauphin County to the late Charles P. and Mable E. (Snyder) Miller.  He graduated with the Class of 1958 from Williamstown High School.  He was a machine operator assembling jet engine parts for TRW in Harrisburg, from which he retired in 2000.  He is preceded in death by his two brothers:  Charles S. Miller and Terry B. Miller.  He is survived by a niece, Mindy Miller of Indianapolis, IN; a niece, Denise Tshudy of Elizabethtown; and a nephew, Dustin Miller of Mechanicsburg.  Richard spent his younger years racing pigeons, but his favorite activity was fishing on the lake.

A memorial graveside service will be held at Faiview Cemetery, W. Market Street, Williamstown, on August 15, 2025 at 10 AM.  In lieu of flowers, consider making a donation to the Helen O.
