Raymond J. Jandreau, age 76 and formerly of Loysville, passed away in Geisinger Lewistown Hospital on July 18, 2024. Born on February 18, 1948 in Negaunee, MI to the late William J. and Rose Adrian (Steede) Jandreau, Ray is survived by three children: Deborah Jandreau and Raymond Jandreau, both possibly of Bismarck, ND; and Bridy Deihl of Loysville; three step children: Sharon Fulk of Erie, Joseph McLaughlin of Loysville, and James McLaughlin of Shermans Dale; 20 grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; and his sister, Judy Emanulson of Negaunee, MI. In addition to his parents, Ray is preceded in death by his wife of 36 years, Joycelyn (Sansbury) Jandreau; his daughter, Tammy Case, who died in 2004; five brothers and one sister.
Ray enjoyed the simple things in life. He loved skiing, fishing, hunting, and listening to music. He worked as a dishwasher and retired from Centre Hills Country Club in State College. In lieu of flowers, Ray requested donations made to the Diabetes Foundation, in memory of his late wife, Joycelyn Jandreau. Funeral services for Ray will be private and at the convenience of the family.
