Patricia Siegfried Obituary

Patricia Ann (Glossop) Siegfried 70, of Landisburg, passed peacefully into the arms of her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on Monday, Feb. 7, 2022, at her home due to complications from Lymphoma.  Born Jan. 31, 1952, in Harrisburg, PA., she was the daughter of the late Lewis M. P. Glossop and J. Dorothy Clark.  On December 3 1977, Pat married Dudley L. Siegfried at Trinity United Church of Christ, Landisburg, PA.

In 1985, Pat and her husband opened PDS Entertainment in Loysville, PA.  They moved across the street to the former Griener's Grocery Store in 1986 where they established PDS Grocery which is still in operation today.   She was a former owner of Red Rock Restaurant, which they purchased and operated from 1989 until 1996.  As a former member of Lebanon United Church of Christ Loysville, Pat helped establish and was a long standing member of Grace Evangelical Christian Church at Dromgold and was an auxiliary member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles.

Pat was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother whose love and kindness was felt throughout her family and her community.  She enjoyed bowling, swimming, game nights with her grandchildren, lunch out after church and preparing meals for anyone in need.  She could often be found at her store where she always had a story to share and was proud to share her love of Jesus.  She was a friend to all and a special "Aunt Pat" to many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her husband, Pat is survived by two daughters, Tina Lowe (Gary) Paulus of Elliottsburg, Valerie (Randy) Wolf of Loysville and one son Darreck (Myranda) Siegfried of Loysville; former exchange student; Christian Von Schudnat of Germany; three sisters, Judith (Ronald) Dillman of Loysville, Margaret (Dennis) Zettlemoyer of New Bloomfield, Sandra (Timothy) Broadwater of Loysville; nine grandchildren; Macaulay and Mackayla Paulus, Ethan, Myla and Owen Siegfried, Brooklynn, Austynn, Cheyenne and Dallas Wolf.
She was preceded in death by three sisters; Catherine Fortini, Susan Wright and Karen Myers; and two brothers Morgan Glossop and Roger Cornman.

Services are being held February 12, 2022 at Grace Evangelical Christian Church, Shermans Dale PA, with burial at Restland Cemetery, Loysville.  Memorial contributions can be made to Grace Evangelical Christian Church, 12 Dromgold Drive, Shermans Dale, PA  17090
