Obituary
Nora L. (Nieves) Emanuel, age 72, of Millerstown, entered her eternal home on December 21, 2022. She was born July 28, 1950 in San Juan, Puerto Rico, where she met and married her husband of 53 years, Ronnie Emanuel. In addition to her husband, Nora is survived by three children: Ronald Peter Emanuel of Elizabethtown, Naomi (Russell) Maxwell of Tipp City, OH, and Elisa Emanuel of Millerstown; three grandchildren: Ethan, Elizabeth, and Mikaela; one sister; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Nora is preceded in death by one grandson, Justin Borrell, Jr.
Nora travelled the world with her husband during his proud service in the United States Navy. She worked a clerical position for the Veterans Administration and as an interpreter at Fort Indiantown Gap when Stateside. Nora loved spending time with her family, traveling, gardening, and bird-watching.
Private graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family at Fort Indiantown Gap.
