Mary A (Kleckner) George

Mary (Kleckner) George, age 54 of Millerstown, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on November 28, 2021.  She bravely fought a courageous battle with cancer.  Born on March 8, 1967, to Steven Kleckner of Ickesburg and Sharon (Tyson) Kuhn of Loysville, Mary is survived by her devoted husband of 31 years, Russell George, Sr. and five children:  Russell George, Jr., Brandy Kleckner, Damon Kleckner, Brooke Kleckner, and Destiny Kleckner; eight grandchildren:  Amelia Rotundo-Kleckner, Mavrick Kleckner, Lucas Kleckner, Abigail Raffensberger, Sarah Day, Alec Day, William Cannon, and Emarie Brobst; and a sister, Brenda Garmon.  She is preceded in death by her granddaughter, Aaliyah Raffensberger.  Mary was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother.  She always put family first and was generous, giving and loving.  She proudly raised her family and household as her full-time job.  In her rare free time, Mary enjoyed painting rocks, tent camping, sunbathing on the beautiful sands of Florida beaches, and canoeing.

The viewing and visitation for Mary will be held on Thursday, December 2 in the newly renovated chapel of Nickel Lochstampfor Family Funeral Home in Loysville from 7 to 9 PM.  Memorial donations may be made to the funeral home to help defray funeral expenses.  (PO Box 910, Loysville, PA  17047).
