Kathleen D. (Fuller) Davis, 52 of Harrisburg, left her Earthly home and was embraced by the arms of Jesus on January 14, 2025. Born in Harrisburg on May 13, 1972, to the late Harry R. and Maria E. (Velasquez) Fuller, Katie is survived by two sons: Elijah J. Davis of Harrisburg and William X. Davis of Pittsburgh; four siblings: Larry Velasquez (Deanne) and Judith Touloumis (Harry), both of NM, Michael E. Fuller (Laura) of Linglestown and Barbara G. Mummert of Harrisburg; and many nieces and nephews, who were all so dearly loved and treasured. In addition to her parents, Katie is preceded in death by her brother Anthony Velasquez.
Katie graduated with the Class of 1990 of Central Dauphin High School and continued her education at Lancaster General Hospital of Radiography, where she earned her credentials as an X-Ray Technologist. She was an active member at Cornerstone Baptist Church. In addition to raising a family, Katie worked full-time for over 25 years at Physicians Mobile X-Ray and part-time at Patient First in Harrisburg. Katie loved people and always saw the best in everyone even when they may not have shared the same opinion. Her children were her greatest joy and treasure. Katie was fortunate enough to share a special bond with some very wonderful work colleagues. This bond has lasted a lifetime and brought with it great joy, comfort, and belonging to Katie. She loved to laugh and was a joy to be around. She prayed for everyone and allowed her strong faith in God to guide her through life. Her memory will live on in those who knew and loved her.
Services for Katie will be held on Tuesday, January 21, 2025 in the calming chapel of Nickel Lochstampfor Family Funeral Home, Inc. in Loysville. The visitation will be held from 10 to 11:30 AM, with the funeral service immediately following. The funeral service will begin at 11:30 AM, with Rev. Elaine A. Moyer of Faith United Church in Ickesburg officiating.
Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Nickel Lochstampfor Family Funeral Home of Loysville.
