Janice N (McGrath) Kupp

Janice N. (McGrath) Kupp, age 68 of Blain, left her Earthly home and joined her Heavenly Father on January 18, 2024, after a courageous battle with cancer.  Her loving family surrounded her as she peacefully passed away at home.  Born on February 18, 1955 in Châteauroux-Déols, France to the late Harold W. and Marjorie H. (Burkhart) McGrath, Jan is survived by her beloved husband of 46 years, James R. Kupp; son, Joshua (Jennifer) A. Kupp of Duncannon; two grandsons:  Jesse A. Kupp of Mechanicsburg and Dylan A. Kupp stationed at Lemoore Naval Air Base in California; and two siblings:  Steve (Barbara) Nix of Cape Coral, FL and Linda (John) Schambert of Pittsburgh.

Jan graduated from Cedar Cliff High School and continued her education to earn her Certified Nursing Assistant degree.  Using her education throughout her entire career, she worked as a Registration Nurse for both Gettysburg and Carlisle Hospitals, Phlebotomy Specialist for Holy Spirit Hospital, and private duty Personal Medical Assistant to many people within her local community.  She enjoyed both helping and taking care of others.  Sooo many people (and her canine Sarah) will miss her dearly.

Memorial services will be held privately and at the convenience of the family.
