Gregory Steven "Greg" Maylone
Gregory Steven (Greg) Maylone,age 70, of Waynesboro, was called home on Monday, August 14th, at Chambersburg Hospital, Chambersburg.
Gregory was born in Ferndale, Michigan on October 2, 1946, a son of the late Marie Elizabeth (Cherry) and John S. Maylone.
He was the husband of Joyce Anne (Peterson) Maylone. On September 14, 1970, they were married at Oahu, Hawaii.
He served in the US Army until his retirement after 20 years. He retired Master Sergent and served one tour of duty in Vietnam. After retirement he worked in data center in Hagerstown and at Fort Ritchie.
In addition to his wife he is survived by nieces and nephews and a brother in law.
Graveside Service at Gardens of Faith Cemetery, Lumberton, North Carolina, at 3 P.M. on Friday, August 18th, 2017 with Rev. Lawrence Brewer officiating. Full Military honors will be presented by the Ft. Bragg Military Honor Guard at graveside.
