Esther L. (Morton) Jumper

Esther L. Jumper, age 65 of Landisburg, entered into her eternal home on Saturday, February 12, 2022.  Born in Carlisle on January 27, 1957 to the late June and Florence (Sweeney) Jumper, Esther is survived by three Dale (Laurie) Morton, Jr. of Carlisle, Larraine Morton of Newport and Beth (Jim) Morton of Carlisle; twelve grandchildren, and one plus one soon-to-arrive great grandchildren.  In addition to her parents, Esther is preceded in death by her siblings:  Glenn Jumper, Leroy Jumper, Beulah Jumper and George Jumper.

In addition to raising a family and running a household, Esther had occasional part-time jobs, but her passion was taking care of her family.  Tinker and Bell, her pug/terrier canine companions, will miss her dearly.

Funeral services for Esther will be held on Tuesday, February 22 at the graveside of inurnment at Restland Cemetery at noon.  In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to either the American Cancer Society online at https://donate3.cancer.org or to Perry-Juniata County Animal Rescue, 379 Sugar Run Road, Millerstown, PA  17062.
