Seiber of New Cumberland, Benjamin L. Seiber (Valerie) of Harrisburg, Cody Smith (Shannon) of Carlisle, and Colton Smith (Stevie) of Newport; and five great grandchildren.   Dolly is preceded in death by her loving husband of 63 years, Paul E.
