Dianna L Hollenbach, age 70, died after a long and courageous health battle on June 18, 2020. Born on November 16, 1949, Dianna recognized her parents as Sally and Leo Dobbs of Loysville. She was a devoted mother and wife. She is preceded in death by her late husband, Charles Hollenbach and her biological mother, Mary Vennell.
Dianna was an artist, who specialized in painting, and everyone loved her. She is survived by her daughter, Renee Tejchman (Michael) of Carlisle, and her three granddogs: Kasey, Lexi and Morty. In addition, she is survived by six brothers: Kevin Dobbs (Tracey) and Jeff Dobbs, both of Loysville, Bob Rhodes (Donna) of Duncannon, Ronni Quade, James Quade of Harrisburg, and Charlie Miller (Evelyn) of Tennessee. Dianna ran a personal care home with her late husband in ShermansDale. Here she was able to display her love of older people as she attended to their care. She also collected antiques and ran a Texaco gas station during her working years. Dianna was active, with Charles, in the Blue Moon Cruisers ( a car club) and received an award as The Pennsylvania Apple Dessert Queen.
A public viewing will be held Wednesday, June 24 at 6 pm at Nickel Lochstampfor Family Funeral Home in Loysville. A short service of farewell will follow at 7 pm. The viewing and service will follow the COVID parameters of social distancing. Masks are appreciated, but not required. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
