Craig R Costanzo, 78 of Elliottsburg, entered into eternal rest on September 22, 2025 at Northern Dauphin Nursing and Rehab in Millersburg, PA. He was born in Bronx, NY on March 31, 1947 to the late John and Myrtle (Paige) Costanzo. He is survived by his wife of 30 years Fay (Casner) Costanzo of Newport; his only daughter, Hayley Pellot (Miguel) of Phillipsburg, NJ; three granddaughters, Jade Sanchez (William), Giana Pellot and Jordan Pellot all of Phillipsburg, NJ; two great grandchildren; and his brother Glenn Costanzo (Rose Marie) of Elliottsburg, PA. In addition to his parents, Craig was preceded in death by two siblings; Gary Costanzo and Susan Zabe.
After graduating from high school, Craig proudly served his country in the United States Air Force from 1966 to 1970, as a Weapons Mechanic. While serving, he earned the National Defense Service Medal for serving during the Vietnam War; the Air and Space Outstanding Unit Award, which is presented to Air Force units that perform exceptional meritorious service while performing military operations; and the Air Force Good Conduct Medal, which is awarded to enlisted Air Force personnel for three consecutive years of honorable and faithful service, demonstrating excellent character and efficiency without disciplinary issues or court-martial offenses.
Upon returning to civilian life, Craig started his career with Tuscan Dairies in Union, NJ as a Refrigeration Engineer. He retired 35 years later in 2002 and moved to Elliottsburg, PA. Craig belonged to the International Union of Operating Engineers and enjoyed woodworking in his free time.
