Charles Thomas Smith, 74, Waynesboro, passed away Sunday, February 7, 2020 at his home.

Born July 27, 1945 in Hagerstown, Maryland, he was the son of the late Charles and Clara (Bingaman) Smith. After he received his Bachelor's Degree, Charles became a Vo Tech and welding instructor in Maryland.

Surviving are his daughters: Sherry Meid and Marcy Smith; his son: Dwayne Smith; his sister: Carol Beard and her husband Lester Beard; and his nieces and nephews: Debbie Thomas, Susan Thomas, and Jimmy Beard.

Services will be held at the convenience of the family.

Lochstampfor Funeral Home, Waynesboro, is handling arrangements.
