Carl Edward Fuller, 86 of Loysville, passed away Tuesday, March 3, 2026. Born at home on October 10, 1939, to the late Samuel R. and Ruth Ann (Campbell) Fuller of Ickesburg, Carl is survived by his beloved wife of 63 years, Judy M. (Foose) Fuller; three sons: Kenneth Fuller (Faith) of Ickesburg, David Fuller (Betty) of Blain, and Steven Fuller (Genevieve) of Landisburg; eleven grandchildren; and 30 great grandchildren. In addition to his parents, Carl is preceded in death by his three siblings: Harry Fuller, Charles Fuller, and Irene Sites.
Carl graduated from the 1958 Class of Green Park Union and continued his education at Shippensburg University, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Education. Using his education, Carl taught high school mathematics first in Palmyra School District for three years, and then in West Perry School District, from which he retired in 1996, after a total of 34 years of service. He was a member of Kennedy Valley Church of God, where he selflessly served as an Elder.
Carl was formerly a member of the Diamond B Club, a leader of the Perry County 4-H Horse and Pony Club, and President of the Hayburners Show (Heritage Days). He was a member of two music groups -- Sherman’s Valley Gang and Fuller Family Strings.
Funeral services will be held Friday, March 6, 2026, in the calming chapel of Nickel Lochstampfor Family Funeral Home, Inc. in Loysville. The viewing will be held from 10 AM to 12 PM. The funeral service will be held at 12:00 PM, with Pastor Dennis Bailey, Jr. officiating. Interment will follow the funeral service in Saville Cemetery. The family requests memorial donations (in lieu of flowers) be made in Carl’s name to Kennedy Valley Church of God, 814 McCabe Road, Landisburg, PA 17040.
