Betty C. Fritz

ICKESBURG, PENNSYLVANIA

Betty C. Fritz, age 83 of Ickesburg went to be with the Lord June 4, 2019 at Claremont Nursing and Rehabilitation Center with her family by her side.

Born August 20, 1935 to the late George Burdge and Lena (Arentz) Burdge.

Betty was a member of Sandy Hill United Church of Christ, Loysville.

She had worked up to her retirement in the late 1990’s at PEBB Manufacturing, as a sewing machine operator.

Betty is survived by her children, John Fritz and fiancé Deb of Steelton, PA, Shirley Rice and husband Bill of Loysville, PA, Gary Fritz and wife Sandy of Ickesburg, PA ,Tammy Neely and husband Dave of Newport, PA, Lisa Reisinger and husband Randy, and Karl Fritz and wife Linda, both of Ickesburg, PA; and ten grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, and one great great granddaughter; brother, Daniel Burdge and wife Virginia of Newport, PA sisters; Gretchen Arnold and husband Paul of Walnut, PA,Ruth Casanova and husband Peter of NJ.

  A memorial service will be held at her church, Sandy Hill United Church of Christ, Loysville, on Saturday, June 8, 2019 at 11 AM. with her pastor, Rev. Michael D. Boehm officiating.

 In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Mrs. Fritz’s name to her church, Sandy Hill United Church of Christ 6300, Tuscarora Path, Loysville, Pennsylvania, 17047.
