Barbara (Winters) Snowberger

Barbara (Winters) Snowberger, age 72 of Waynesboro, received her angel’s wings on February 17, 2022  Born in Hagerstown, MD on March 29, 1949 to the late Jack and Catherine (Dunn) Winters, she was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother.  She is preceded in death by her husband of many years, Kenneth Snowberger, who died in 2016.  In addition to her parents and husband, Barbara is also preceded in death by three siblings:  Betty Carter, Jacqueline Shifflett, and Jack Winters, Jr.  Barbara is survived by her three children:  Michelle Long of Newville, Randy Bricker of Atlanta, GA, and Shawn Bricker of Waynesboro; four grandchildren:  Logan Bricker of Waynesboro, Cody Chipley of Pigeon Forge, TN, Ryan Long of Newville, and Brandon Long of Harrisburg; and three siblings:  Delores Winters of Terra Haute, IN, Margaret Baker of Hagerstown, MD, and Ronald Winters of Honolulu, HI.

Barbara’s greatest accomplishments in life were raising a family and running a household.  She also enjoyed reading and playing bingo.

Funeral services for Barbara will be held privately and at the convenience of the family.
