Kenneth C. Browning

SHERMANS DALE - Kenneth C. Browning, 55, of Shermans Dale passed away on Thursday morning, March 1, 2018.

Ken was born February 23, 1963 in Jersey City, NJ to the late Frederick Browning and Barbara Jean (Evans) Browning. He was also preceded in death by Kory Stafford.

He was presently assistant manager at Dollar General, New Bloomfield and was the owner of the White Oak Inn. He formerly was a member of the Dock Builders Union of NY/NJ and operated the Shermans Dale Beer & Beverage.

He was an avid pool player and shot for the PAX League and Mountain Stone Inn. He loved riding his Harley.

Surviving are his children, Ian Browning and his wife Heather of Enola, Rob Browning of Pasadena, TX., his two dogs, Harley and Chloe, a brother, Steven Browning and his wife Maureen and his nieces Morgan and Madison of Kinnelon, NJ, his step mother, Barbara Sue (Tolley) Browning of Totowa, NJ.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, March 24, 2018 at the Top Notch Ranch, 2420 Cold Storage Road, New Bloomfield, PA 17068 with Pastor Michael Witmer officiating. Visitation will be from Noon to 1:00 PM prior to the service.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Speranza Animal Rescue, 1216 Brandt Road, Mechanicsburg, PA. 17055.
