Joan M. (Morrow) Stone

Joan “Toots” M. Stone, age 79, of Landisburg was called home Thursday December 19, 2019.

Born September 22, 1940 in Elizabeth PA, she was the daughter of the late Kenneth and Roxie (Dromgold) Morrow.

She was the wife of the late Richard L. Stone.

She was employed at the Landisburg Bank as the Head Teller.

She was a member of the Kennedy Valley Church of God in Landisburg, PA.

She is survived by three children; Roxann M Stone and companion Keith Kauffman of Landisburg, George R. Stone and wife Angie of Shippensburg, and Wendell T. Stone and wife Michelle, also of Landisburg. She is also survived by two grandchildren, Melissa and Jessica.

She is preceded in death by her brother Kenneth C. Morrow.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, December 28, 2019 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM, with services following at 11:30 AM in the Nickel-Lochstampfor Family Funeral Home, Inc., 3626 Shermans Valley Road, Loysville, PA.  Following services, interment will be at St. Peter’s UCC.
