Ethel Marie Stahl

Ethel Marie (Jacobs) Stahl, 84, of Landisburg passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family. 

Ethel was born November 16, 1933 to Emory and Katherine Jacobs. She was the widow of PFC William Alvin Stahl (1982). Ethel retired in 1999 from Knouse Foods.

She is survived by her daughter and son in law, Donna and Brian Kline, of Landisburg and grandson and granddaughter-in-law, Shaun and Ashley Stahl of Landisburg. She is also survived by two sisters, Carolyn Morrow of Landisburg and Edith Shuler of Harrisburg and 1 brother, Jim Jacobs of Oklahoma. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Bill, brother John Jacobs and sister Mary Peck.

Ethel was a simple woman who enjoyed gardening, canning and baking, doing puzzle books, watching TV and spending time with her family. Ethel was loved by everyone she met and will be greatly missed. 

A visitation will be held at the Nickel-Lochstampfor Family Funeral Home from 7 PM - 9 PM. on Friday, September 28, 2018. Interment will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, please make donations in her name to the Alzheimer's Association - Greater Pennsylvania Chapter, 2595 Interstate Drive Suite 100, Harrisburg, PA 17110.
