Donald P. Socks
, age 41 of Waynesboro died on September 13, 2017 in Philadelphia, PA.

Born August 26, 1976 he was the son of the Jean (Beaver) Ditch of Waynesboro and the late Joseph Shindledecker.

 He attended the Greencastle-Antrim High School.

Donnie worked various jobs in construction.

He was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan.

In addition to his mother Donnie is also survived by a step-father Richard Ditch, Jr.; seven children; Britni J. Socks of Waynesboro; Brent P. Socks of Johns Island, S.C.; Lea S. Socks; Donovan J. Socks; LaDainian R. Socks; Destiny J. Socks and Zyaira K. Socks all of Shippensburg, PA; sister Candi J. Lowans and her husband William of Greencastle; brother Terry W. Socks of Chambersburg, Michael L. Socks and wife Shelley of Waynesboro and David E. Socks and his wife of Shannon of Waynesboro; half brother Joel Shindledecker and half sister Tammi Pennington of Hagerstown, MD; maternal grandparents Donald and Jane Beaver; his companion Andrea Shockey of Shippensburg and numerous nieces and Nephews.

A memorial service will be celebrated on Sunday September 24, 2017 at 2 P.M. at the First Assembly of God, 525 Leitersburg, St., Greencastle, PA. Rev. Gregory D. Sinclair officiating. Interment will be private.
